You want to visit our Warehouse?
Visits to our warehouses are possible, but only under certain conditions and by appointment. Here we would like to explain step by step how you can arrange an appointment.
To be able to receive you properly and provide the necessary personnel and resources for a visit, we kindly ask you not to come to any of our warehouses spontaneously and without prior notice.
1. Schedule an Appointment
To contact the Customer Care team, please use the Communication Center and provide the following information:
- Desired date and time (please provide at least one week's notice before the appointment)
- Reason for the visit
2. Lean back & Relax
Our Customer Care team will check the availability of the requested time slot with the warehouse and confirm it to you as soon as possible, or suggest alternative time slots.
