As part of our continuous improvement approach, we have developed our own Warehouse Management System (WMS) to offer you more flexibility, scalability, and security. All our clients are progressively being migrated to this new system. This article summarises the changes visible in your interface following this migration.
1. What changes for you
Info
Your operations will not be interrupted. Our team is actively monitoring the transition to ensure continuity of service.
1.1 Warehouse name
During migration, a new warehouse will be created with the same name as your current warehouse, with the letter “Q” added (e.g., AT4Q). The address remains the same. This new name will appear everywhere the warehouse name is visible in your interface.
1.2 Inbounds, orders and returns
After migration, all Inbounds, orders and returns will be created in the new warehouse.
1.3 Stock
Your entire stock will be transferred to the new WMS. On the stock view, you will temporarily see two lines for the same item:
- One line in the new warehouse, containing your entire inventory.
- One line in the old warehouse, showing a quantity of 0.
1.4 Inventory Movement Report
The Inventory Movement Report will be affected by this migration. To download your data for the relevant period:
- For dates prior to migration: select the item from the old warehouse.
- For dates after migration: select the item from the new warehouse.
Important
Make sure to select the correct warehouse when downloading your movement reports, depending on the desired period.
2. During the initial phase
In the first few hours following migration, order processing may take slightly longer than usual while the system stabilises. Our team is actively monitoring the transition.
