Access your invoices in the Connector
1. Where can I find my invoices?
Your invoices are accessible directly in the Connector, in the Seller section, from the side menu. Next, click on Invoices.
2. You can't see your invoices?
If the invoices section is not visible or accessible, it is likely because your account does not have the required Account admin permissions.
In this case, please contact your Account Administrator, who will then get in touch with our customer service. Note that the Account Administrator role can be assigned to multiple users.
3. Understanding your invoices
Have questions about the terms or charges listed on your invoices? Consult our FAQ on invoice readability and understanding, along with the accompanying detailed report (CSV or XLSX).
