1 - Create a delivery announcement:

2 - Data of an incoming shipment:
Basic information:
Select the warehouse where you want to deliver your goods.
Delivery information:
This information will help the warehouse team identify your delivery:
- The estimated arrival of your goods allows us to inform our warehouse team so they can prepare for reception.
- The carrier and tracking number allow us to confirm receipt of goods. Without this information, it will be impossible to confirm reception before entry into stock.
- The cargo type is important to determine if a package or pallet is missing during delivery, and to plan receipt so as not to delay entry into storage.
Sender:
Enter the sender information that will be displayed on the packages or pallets delivered to our warehouse.
Articles:
Enter the reference and quantity for each item you wish to deliver to our warehouse.
You will also need to provide the lot number and expiration date for each item if you enabled one of these options when creating the item in our system.

Parcel delivery:
Instructions and recommendations for delivering packages to our warehouse:
- The number of packages and the carrier used must be indicated in the incoming shipment data.
- All parcel tracking numbers must be indicated in the incoming shipment data.
- Packaging guidelines for items must be applied to all delivered packages.
Pallet delivery:
Instructions and recommendations for delivering pallets to our warehouse:
- You must use a vehicle with a tailgate.
- Pallets must be in EPAL format.
- Pallets must be stackable and comply with the dimensions set out in the current price list:
- Maximum pallet size: 120 x 80 x 150 cm
- Maximum pallet weight: 750 kg
Container delivery:
Container delivery must always be approved in advance by our customer service team. An additional cost applies, as set out in the current price list.
Self-delivery:
If you wish to deliver your goods to the warehouse yourself, please contact our customer care team via the Communication Center in the Connector to schedule an appointment.
4 - Important information:
Warehouse address:
You are responsible for coordinating transportation until your merchandise is delivered to our warehouse.

For delivery information, add the name of your company as the consignee and include the contact details of the person to reach.

Warehouses are closed on public holidays and weekends.
Barcodes on your items:
All articles and packaging units must have barcodes.
- Barcode missing: Creation and addition of barcodes will be charged at € 0.30 per label. This service is only available if the SKU and product name are present on the items. Depending on the complexity of the operation, the hourly rate from our price list will apply.
- Incorrect barcode: Creation and addition of barcodes will be charged at € 0.30 per label, or if possible, data correction in our system will be charged at € 2.50 per modification per SKU. Depending on the complexity of the operation, the hourly rate from our price list will apply.
Packaging your items:
If your items are not delivered in packaging units, they must be grouped by SKU and placed in separate packaging.
For goods delivered in bulk, sorting and counting will be charged at the hourly rate set out in our price list.
Customs clearance of your goods:
Goods from outside the European Union must be cleared through customs before delivery to our warehouse. We strongly recommend monitoring the tracking information for your shipment until it is delivered to our warehouse.
