Overview
If you have an online shop, you can connect it directly to the Quivo Connector. This allows orders, inventory, and other relevant data to be synchronized automatically, reducing manual work and helping to prevent errors.

How to Connect Your Shop
Step 1: Contact Customer Care
To start the setup process, please contact our Customer Care Team through the Ticket Portal.
Our team will:
- assist you throughout the setup
- verify your configuration
- provide the correct integration manual for your shop system
- answer any questions during the setup process
Step 2: Provide Your Shop Credentials
To establish the connection, we require the login credentials or API credentials for your shop system.
The exact information required depends on the shop platform you are using.
Our Customer Care Team will provide the appropriate instructions and documentation for your specific shop.
Why are these credentials required?
Connecting your shop allows the Connector to automatically:
- import orders
- synchronize inventory
- exchange relevant order information
- streamline your fulfilment process
Step 3: Configure Synchronization
After your shop has been connected, synchronization can be enabled individually for each process.
Depending on your shop system, you can activate:
- Order import
- Shipment export back to your shop after fulfilment
- Inventory export
Important: Products Without an SKU
Warning
Every product that should be processed by Quivo requires an SKU.
If a product in your shop does not have an SKU, the following behaviour applies:
Orders containing multiple products
Products without an SKU will be ignored when the order is imported into the Connector.
Orders containing only one product
If the order consists only of a product without an SKU, the entire order will be cancelled automatically during import.
