On the new Inventory page, you’ll find your articles and your stock together in one place. No more switching back and forth between the previous Articles and Stock pages. You can access the new page in the Connector from the menu on the left under Inventory › Inventory.
What do the Available, Reserved, Blocked and Total in stock columns mean?
For every article, you can see four stock figures right in the overview:
- Available: the quantity that is freely available and can be used for new orders.
- Reserved: the quantity that is already reserved for open orders but has not left the warehouse yet.
- Blocked: the quantity that is blocked and will not be shipped. You’ll find the reason in the article view.
- Total in stock: the total stock in the warehouse, meaning Available, Reserved and Blocked combined.
For example: if 46 pieces are available, 15 reserved and 0 blocked, you have 61 pieces in stock in total.
How can I see the stock per warehouse?
You have two options:
- Use Warehouse at the top to select a single warehouse or All warehouses. The figures in the table update automatically.
- Click the small arrow to the left of an article. The row expands and shows the stock figures broken down by warehouse.
What do the tabs above the table show?
The tabs are predefined views that help you narrow down your articles quickly:
- Active: all active articles.
- Created in the last 30 days: articles created within the last 30 days.
- Out of stock: articles with no stock.
- Dangerous goods: articles flagged as dangerous goods.
- Deleted: deleted articles.
How can I customize the table?
Use Columns to choose which columns are displayed. This way, you can set up your table exactly the way that works best for you.
To sort, click a column header, for example Available. You’ll instantly see which articles are well stocked and where stock is running low.
How do I search for articles?
Type a term into the search field. Suggestions appear right below it:
- Search everything for “…”: searches all fields for your term. You can also start this search simply by pressing Enter.
- Values: matching values, for example Type is Product.
- Only in one field: searches one specific field only, for example SKU contains ….
How do I filter by specific criteria?
Click Filter next to the search field. A list opens with all the fields you can filter by. Use Find a field… to find a specific field quickly.
- Most used: Identifier, Barcode, SKU, Created, Type
- Identity: Tariff Number, Name, Supplier Reference No.
- Fulfilment: Country of Origin, Gross Weight, Net Weight
- Flags: Deleted Articles, Ship Without Carton, Dangerous Goods, Lot Required, Expiration Date Required
Your active filters are shown right in the search field, for example Deleted Articles is no. Click the x to remove a filter individually, or use Clear to remove all of them at once.
What can I find in the article view?
Click the open icon on the right of an article’s row. The article view shows all the information on your article, organized in tabs:
- Details: the master data such as SKU, name, type, barcode and weight, as well as the handling rules, for example whether a lot or an expiration date is required.
- Inventory: the stock per warehouse, including the time of the last movement. Under Stock by lot and expiration, you can see your stock by lot and expiration date. Turn on Show storage locations to also display the storage locations. If stock is blocked, you’ll also see the reason here.
- Movements: all stock movements of the article.
- Stock over time: how your stock has developed over the last 12 months.
- Packaging Units: the packaging units on file.
What does Stock over time show?
The chart shows your total stock in pieces over the last 12 months, all warehouses combined. Hover over the chart to see the stock on a specific day. Click Table to switch from the chart view to the table view.
The values come from a nightly stock snapshot. This is the same snapshot used by the Stock on a date report, so the chart and the report always match. On days without any movement, the last value is carried forward.
Which reports can I download?
Click Download and choose the report you need:
- Article master data: the master data of the filtered articles, without quantities.
- Current stock: your current stock for all your articles, not just the filtered list.
- Stock on a date: your stock on a chosen day, for one warehouse.
- Movements: all stock movements of your articles within a chosen date range.
- Stock by location: one row per lot, expiration date and storage location for all your articles, for one warehouse.
What happens to the previous Articles and Stock pages?
The previous Articles and Stock pages are marked as DEPRECATED in the menu and will remain available until the end of November 2026. This gives you plenty of time to switch to the new page at your own pace. After that, you’ll find all the information on the Inventory page only.
