1- Create an article
In the Connector menu, go to the Inventory section and click on the item Articles. Then click on the button Add new article.

2- Create several articles at the same time
In the Connector menu, go to the Inventory section and click on the section Create from batch.

Batch Creation Steps:
- General: Select for whom the articles should be created and click Next.
- Import: Download the template file (ArticleTemplate.xlsx) and complete it following the provided explanations. Copy the information from the file and paste it into the Article data field, then click Next.
- Preview: Check the data of the articles you want to import.
- Create: Click the Create button to finalize the process.
3- Item data
General information
Name: Name of your article, which can be identical to the one in your online store. Mandatory (Max 50 characters).
(Stock Keeping Unit): Unique product reference used in stock management. It must match the one listed in your online store. Mandatory (Max 20 characters).
Barcode: Must be indicated as found on the outer packaging. Use letters and numbers only, excluding special characters and spaces. Mandatory.
Type: Select PRODUCT for items sold in your store.
Weights and dimensions:
Weight:
Net weight: The weight of your product without packaging.
Gross Weight: The weight of your product including its packaging. Mandatory for calculating order shipping weight.
Dimensions: The width, length, and height of your product in its packaging.
Packaging unit
Must be indicated if goods are delivered or marketed in packaging units (e.g., a pack of 6 bottles sold as individual units).
Inventory management and insurance value
- Insured value: Unit value used for monthly insurance billing against loss and damage. It must be the unit purchase value and not the total stored value.
- Expiry date: Activate if the use-by date (DLC) must be recorded upon stock entry.
- Lot: Activate if a lot number must be recorded upon stock entry.
Customs information and sales price
- Selling price: The selling price in your online store.
- Customs value: Pre-tax selling price. Mandatory for shipments outside the EU.
- Description of content: Exact description in English (product type, material). Mandatory for shipments outside the EU.
- Tariff number (HS Code): 6-digit number used by customs to classify goods and calculate duties.
- Country of origin: The country where the item was manufactured. Mandatory for shipments outside the EU.
Additional information
- UN number: Identification number for dangerous goods found on the Safety Data Sheet (SDS/MSDS).
- Serial number: Enable if a serial number must be scanned during shipping or returns.
- Supplier reference number: Code to help your supplier identify goods quickly.
- Ship without carton: Enable if the product is ready to ship as is, allowing the label to be applied directly to the product.
