Objective and Functioning of Bundles

Manual Bundle Creation (Step-by-Step)
Path: Inventory → Bundles → Add new bundle
Bundle Details
- Enter the Bundle Name.
- Enter the Bundle SKU (as transmitted from the shop).
- Enter the Customs Value (price of goods) for the entire bundle.
Note: This value is a safeguard in case the customs value is not transmitted by the online shop.
Bundle Composition
Add the individual items included (items must already exist in the Connector):
- Enter the Item SKU.
- Enter the Quantity of this item in the set.
- Enter the Customs Value of this individual item.
Validation Rule
The sum of individual customs values multiplied by their quantity must match the bundle customs value indicated in step 3.
Finalization
- Click Save.
Modification and Deletion
- Existing bundles are accessible under Bundles.
- Modify or Delete via Actions → Edit or Erase.
Batch Bundle Creation (Via Excel Template)
Path: Bundles → Create in bulk
- Download the bundle template.
- Open the template (Excel or Google Sheet).
- Fill in the template:
- Repeat the bundle composition steps for each new set (one line per bundle).
- Customs value format: Use a decimal point (.) instead of a comma (e.g., 12.5 instead of 12,5).
- Copy the data:
- Select all cells (Ctrl+A).
- Copy (Ctrl+C).
- Paste the data:
- Paste into the bundle data field in the Connector (Ctrl+V).
- Click Next.
- Error correction: The system will identify formatting errors, which can be corrected individually in the next step.
- Save to create the bundles.
Update
It is possible to update existing bundles by re-uploading the Excel template with the modified information.
