You want to Ship to third countries?
To properly process orders to third countries, it is important to enter all relevant data in the article base data in the connector. Here we would like to summarize which data is relevant.
The most common source of error why a shipping label cannot be created is a missing customs tariff number.
1. Create a new article or edit an existing one.
When creating a new article in the connector, go to:

Inventory→Articles -
Add a new article(or selectEditunderActionsto modify an existing article)
2. Add customs information

- Customs Information & Sales Price
Sales Price - Net sales price of the article (excluding taxes/VAT).Customs Value - Typically corresponds to the net selling price of the article (excluding taxes/VAT).Customs Content Description - Detailed description of the article in English.Tariff Number - The corresponding customs tariff number for the type of article. (Please find a more detailed description below)Country of Origin - The country where the article was produced.
If you have any uncertainties regarding specific customs information (such as customs tariff number), please consult the information service of your competent customs office.
Tariff Number
Please note that the customs tariff number must always be at least 8 digits long. Depending on the item, this may require filling in the missing digits with zeros.
