Do you want to filter a list based on multiple criteria to find something specific (e.g., for orders, CCC tickets, inbounds, or shipping labels)?
For every list you find in the connector, there is now an advanced search function available to filter based on specific criteria. We will explain how to use this search function in the following steps.
Filter Orders
Navigate to the connector and click on Orders → Overview.
Then click the Filter as seen below:
A window will open where you can set the filters.
Keyword: This corresponds to the regular text search in the order overview.Identifier: It refers to the identifier number from the shop system, which may correspond to the reference in some shop systems.Ship to City: Filters orders based on a specific city for delivery.Origin: Filters orders based on whether they were imported from the shop or manually entered.Order Status Fulfillment Status Filters orders based on their status (Pending, Processing, Completed, Cancelled). Fulfillment Status can differ from order status, when the order can be fulfilled technically, but there is not enough stock.Warehouse: Filters orders based on the warehouse from which they were fulfilled (AT4 Enzersdorf, DE1 Mühldorf, DE2 Zolling, DE3 Wetzlar, FR1 Taverny, GB1 Slough, US2 Greensburg).Created: For manually entered orders in the connector, it corresponds to the input date. For orders imported from a shop system, it corresponds to the import date. You can set a date range through the calendar symbol.Completed Date: The date when the order was fully packed. You can set a date range through the calendar symbolID: The order number assigned by the connector.Reference: Your own reference number for the order (e.g., invoice number), which is either imported from the shop system or manually entered in the connector.SKU: Filters orders based on a specific SKU included in the order.Ship to Country: Filters orders based on a specific country for delivery.Carrier: Filters orders based on the used carrier (e.g., DHL, GLS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).Shop: If multiple shops are connected, it allows filtering based on a specific shop.In Stock Out of Stock: filter for Orders that have enough/not enough pieces on stock to fulfill the order.
Filter Communication Center Tickets
In the connector click Communication Center
Then click the Filter as seen below:
You will see the following window to set the filters.
Keyword: Corresponds to the regular text search in the ticket overview.Subject: Refers to the subject of the ticket message.Topic: Filters tickets based on the ticket category (Fulfillment, Service, Finance, Tech/IT, Miscellaneous).User Name: Refers to the username of the user who opened the ticket.Seller: Relevant when your user manages multiple companies through the connector.Status: Filters tickets based on their status (Action Required, Processing, Completed).
Filter Inbounds
In the Connector go to Inbounds → Overview.
Then click the Filter as seen below:
You will see the following window to set the filters.
Keyword: Corresponds to the regular text search in the stock receipts overview.ID: Refers to the inbound number assigned by the connector.Identifier: Refers to the internal order number assigned by the warehouse system.Warehouse The Warehouse in which the inbound should be stored.Delivery Slip Number Number of the delivery slip from you/your supplier.Shipment Identifier Tracking number of the shipment
Filter Articles
In the Connector go to Inventory → Articles.
Then click the Filter as seen below:
You will see the following window to set the filters.
Keyword: Corresponds to the regular text search in the article overview.Identifier: Represents the system-assigned reference for the article.Tariff Number: Filters articles based on a specific tariff number.Name: Filters articles based on the name of a specific SKU.Created: Filters articles based on a specific date of entry in the connector.Gross Weight: Filters articles based on the gross weight (including packaging).Net Weight: Filters articles based on the net weight (excluding packaging).Type: Product or carton.Barcode: Filters articles based on the barcode of a specific article.SKU: Filters articles based on the SKU of a specific article.Country of Origin: Filters articles based on their country of origin (from the customs data in the article base data).Deleted Articles: can be displayed or hiddenLot Required: Filters articles for which the "Lot Required" option is enabled in the article basedata.Expiration Date Required: Filters articles for which the "Expiration Date Required" option is enabled in the article base data.Ship without Carton: Filters articles for which the "Ship without Carton" option is enabled in the article base data.
Filter Stock of the Articles
In the Connector go to Inventory → Stock
Then click the Filter as seen below:
You will see the following window to set the filters.
Keyword: Corresponds to the normal text search in the article overview.Name: Filters based on the name of a specific SKU.Barcode: Filters based on the barcode of a specific article.Seller SKU: Filters based on the SKU of a specific article (will soon be renamed to SKU).Created: Filters articles based on a specific entry date in the connector.Last Modified: Filters articles based on a specific modification date in the connector.Gross weight: Filters articles based on the gross weight (including packaging).Net weight: Filters articles based on the net weight (excluding packaging).Inbound: Filters articles for which an inbound is currently being processed.Inventory: Filters articles that currently have stock.Reserved: Filters articles that currently have stock reserved for orders in progress.Hide deleted articles: When applied, this filter hides deleted articles from the view.Lot required: Filters articles for which the "Batch required" option is enabled in the article master data.Expiration Date Required: Filters articles for which the "Expiration date requiredrequired" option is enabled in the article master data.ID: No longer relevant field (will be removed soon).Tariff number: Filters articles based on a specific customs tariff number.Warehouse: Filters articles based on the warehouse where they are stored (AT4 Enzersdorf, DE1 Mühldorf, DE2 Zolling, DE3 Wetzlar, FR1 Taverny, GB1 Slough, US2 Greensburg).
Filter Shipping Labels
Go to the Connector and select Shipping Labels→Overview
Then click on the icon below:
The following window will open to set the filters:
Keyword equals the regular text search in the shipping label overview.Ship to Country Filters by the country of the delivery address.Hide Warehouse Labels Allows the option to hide labels created in the warehouseCreated filter by the creation date of the labelShipping Service filter by the respective shipping serviceService Mode filter by return, export, and import labels
Arrow colors & their meanings
within an order, the color of the arrow indicates the status of the article.

You can refresh only the section of the site that needs updating.
