How to add flyers or goodies to my orders in the Connector?
To ensure that promotional items such as flyers or goodies are included in your customers' packages, they must be set up as standard items within the Connector software.
Why create these items in Connector?
Even if these objects are not intended for sale, the Connector software needs to identify them so our teams can pick them and physically add them to your orders. If an item is not created and stored, it cannot be included in the package.
Configuration Procedure
To integrate these elements into your logistics workflow, follow these steps:
- Item Creation: You must create each flyer or promotional object as an individual item in the Connector software. To learn how to do this, consult the dedicated guide for item creation.
- SKU Assignment: Each element must have its own SKU (a unique reference), as shown on your interface (e.g., EB-FLY-ENDOAZ).
- Barcode: Ensure that each reference has a valid barcode entered in the Connector software and physically present on the items delivered to the warehouse.
- Stocking: Once the items are created, send them to the warehouse so they can be registered in your available stock.
- Fulfillment Plan Setup: Contact our customer service to set up an automation rule (Fulfillment Plan). This allows the Connector to automatically add the flyer's SKU to each order imported from your store.
Important Reminder
If the item is not registered with an SKU and a barcode, or if it is not present in stock, our teams will not be able to select it to add it to your orders.
