Introduction
Did you ever ask yourself: “When I hand over an order to the warehouse - how do they know which carrier to ship it with?” There are two answers to this: Either, we use specific shipping rules agreed upfront with you (e.g. “Ship everything that goes to Europe with DHL”),
or you can set a specific shipping method / carrier for an individual order. For example, usually all your orders should be sent with UPS, but this one order for your best friend in Hawaii should go as Express Shipment? No problem! This article explains how to set a specific Shipping method for an order, what the different types of Shipping methods mean, and also explains the “Expert-Mode”.
By choosing the correct Shipping Methods we can make sure that your goods leave the warehouse as intended by you.
Overview Special Shipping Methods
If you want to set a specific shipping method for an order, that deviates from the standard rules agreed upfront with you, you can do so by choosing “Specify Shipping Method” when creating an order.
(If not ticked, we will simply use the default carrier agreed.)

When clicking on Shipping Method, you can select from a list of different options:
GLS,DHL,DPDetc. are the Standard Carrier Shipping Methods that pick up from the warehouse from which you’re sending your articles from.
If you do not see the carrier you are looking for, contact our Customer Care Team as a carrier might have to be unlocked for you first.Besides the standard carriers, there are also 4 other shipping methods:
Pick Up: Choose this method if you want to self-collect a package from the warehousePallet Transport (organized by Logsta/Ancla): if you choose this method the warehouse will prepare your order on pallets. Our Transport Department will then contact you with an offer for the cost of the Pallet Shipment, based on destination, pallet weight and dimensions.Pallet Transport (organized by Client Name): If you choose this method the warehouse will prepare your order on pallets. A Customer Care agent will then reach out to you to provide you with pallet weight and dimensions, as well as tell you when the order is ready to be picked up by a freight forwarder that is arranged by you. Please bare in mind to attach the necessary Labels and Documents when creating the order.Label (provided by Client): If you choose this method, the warehouse will not book a label, but use the Label that you have provided.

Expert Mode
! Please use the Expert Mode only after consulting with the Customer Care Team. This mode only works for individual prior arrangements. The agreed-upon shipping methods and respective keywords need to be set up in our system in advance.
If you have a prior arrangement with us, you can use the Expert Mode to manually enter a "Keyword" for a Shipping Method. Usually, these Keywords are used for automatically imported orders from a shop system, but can also be given to manually entered orders via the Expert mode.
Example: Keyword = "DHL_Fast" then use DHL Express.
It is really important that the Keyword from your Shop is matching 100 % when you are sending it to us. (when contacting Customer Care and telling them the Keyword, as well as when an order is imported) If even a comma, point or letter is different, the system will already not recognize the Keyword. This also applies to Uppercase / lowercase letter as well as blank spaces.
