Introduction
We want to ensure that your packages arrive correctly. That's why you can now correct address errors directly in the Connector yourself. Find out here how this feature works and how it helps ensure smooth deliveries for you.
What is being checked?
The following points are checked before the order can transition to the "Processing" status:
- The delivery address is missing.
- The delivery address does not contain any address lines.
- The name or company name is missing.
- The country is missing.
- The city is missing.
- The postal code is missing or invalid (only for DE and AT).

DHL Packstation formats that we support:
- The phone number is provided but is invalid.
- Allowed special characters: The phone number must not contain letters or symbols except +/-.
- The minimum length of a phone number is 4 digits, and the maximum length is 30 digits.
- Otherwise, only numbers are allowed.
- The email is provided but is invalid.
- If an email is provided, it will be checked according to general email rules.
