Introduction
You've probably experienced it before - your products were even more popular than you anticipated, and some items are in a state of "overselling." This occurs when demand exceeds supply, causing some of your customers to miss out on acquiring their cherished items in a timely manner.
In the Connector, managing overselling is now made effortless. You can easily determine:
- which of your items are affected by overselling and their available stock level
- as well as identify the orders impacted, allowing you to inform your customers optimally and in a timely manner.
Our aim is to provide you with the tools you need to conquer success. "Overselling" assists you in turning challenges into new opportunities and delighting your customers.
