Would you like to change the shipping address of an order created in the Connector or transferred from your shop?
It may happen that the shipping address entered by a customer is incorrect due to typos or missing details, such as the door number. If the order is still in the "in progress" status and no shipping label has been created in the warehouse, the shipping address can be changed. (The creation of the shipping label is the final step before setting the status to "completed")
Steps in the Connector
To find the desired order, go to Orders → Overview
Click Details
Click on the 🖊️ pencil icon next to the “Ship To” tile.
After correcting the incorrect fields, click on Submit to update the shipping address.
The address will be updated.
