In the Connector, the following rules for order fulfillment can be set up by the Customer Care Team for free:
Addition (e.g., SKU ABC + SKU DEF)
Example:
Speaker (SKU ABC) with Battery - the battery (SKU DEF) is also available for purchase separately, so it is created as a separate product. If someone orders a speaker, the battery should always be automatically included in the shipment.
Mapping (e.g., SKU GHJ_3 = 3x UIO)
Example:
Pens, sold individually (SKU UIO) or in a set of 3 (SKU GHJ_3). The set has its own SKU. If the set is ordered, 3 individual pens should be shipped.
Fork (e.g., SKU SET1 = 1x SKU E7 + 1x SKU L3 + 1x SKU P12)
Example:
Products such as eyeliner (SKU E7), eyeshadow (SKU L3), and powder (SKU P12), sold individually and as a set (SKU SET1). The individual items are stored in inventory. For shipping, the set needs to be divided into the individual items.
Note: Mapping and Fork correspond to the bundles described above, which you can create yourself. The difference is that Mapping and Fork do not report inventory of the bundle back to your shop.
Removal (ignore an item)
Example:
Online voucher (SKU GS10) sent by email and not stored by us. If the item is in the order, it will be ignored, and all other items will be shipped.
Flyer
Example:
A flyer should be included with every order. Additional conditions can be defined for when the flyer should be included:
- Recipient's country
- Shop ID (if you have integrated Shopify and Amazon and the flyer should only be included in Amazon orders)
- Fulfillment warehouse (if you ship from more than one of our warehouses)
- If a specific item is included in the order
Other rules upon request
Individual assessment required. There is an hourly rate for implementation by our IT team.
