Where can I check my pending orders?

In order to have a complete overview of your pending orders, you can use the Dashboard in our Connector.

Overview

• Easy Use: simply hover over the warning sign ⚠️ to see the full error message. After correcting the error, you can click on: Actions → Prepare Order to move the order to ‘In processing’ status.
• Immediate Error Visibility: Easily identify and resolve any issues with orders directly in the Connector, saving you time and allowing us to process orders faster.
• Time Saving: No more clicking on each order to find out what went wrong. Quickly see what needs to be fixed and take action.
• Current Support: This feature is now available for orders, simplifying your order management process and improving efficiency.
• Future Plans: We plan to extend this feature soon to inbounds, further enhancing your ability to manage your logistics effortlessly.
