Introduction
You want to know if your packages have actually arrived at your end customers? Of course, you could click on each tracking link individually - but you can also easily see all the information in one place in the Connector!
Transparency from warehouse to arrival at the end customer: Shipment tracking in the Connector
On the order detail page, you can now conveniently view both the status in the warehouse and the delivery status on one page in the Connector when you activate the shipment tracking option.
We want to save you time so you can focus on your business. No more hassle of switching between different platforms – You'll keep track of whether your packages have truly arrived, live and in real-time!
- Warehouse Status: The information about when we processed your order in the warehouse will always be displayed. Once a milestone is completed, you'll see the timestamp, and the status will be green. Here are the definitions:
- Pending: We need additional information from you before we can process the order in the warehouse (e.g., an item is unknown, the address is incorrect).
- In Progress: The order has been transferred to the warehouse, and we are working on it.
- Completed: The order has been packed and shipping has been initiated.
- If you have activated order tracking, you will receive additional information about the delivery status of your package.
- Information Received (Label created and announced to the shipping service provider)
- In Transit (on the way between hubs of the shipping service provider)
- Out for Delivery (package is already in the delivery vehicle to be delivered to the recipient shortly)
- Delivered (the recipient has received the package)
How can you activate shipment tracking?
You can find our new feature within the Connector under the "Orders" section.
Enabling shipment tracking displays the information directly in the Connector. However, we will continue to show the tracking number and link of the shipping service provider whenever it is available for a package with tracking.
Universally for All Orders
If you wish to activate shipment tracking universally for all orders, please contact our Customer Care team.
To activate it for individual orders, you have 2 options, see below.
When manually entering an order
Option 1:
Enable it during the manual creation of an order.
Click within the "Order Details" section on "Display Shipment Tracking in Connector".
For an already created/imported order
Option 2:
Activate it for imported orders while they are still in the "Processing" status.
Click on "Display Shipment Tracking in Connector" in the top right corner of the order details.
